Welcome to Christ the Redeemer

Wherever you are, however you are — come as you are.

You’re welcome here at Christ the Redeemer. We’d love for you to join us any Sunday morning for our worship service. Wear whatever feels comfortable, park in the front, and expect a warm greeting at our door (with hot coffee right behind it!).

When you visit a place for the first time, knowing what to expect can be helpful. Learn more below about what happens here on Sunday mornings, and let us know if we can answer any questions. We look forward to meeting you soon!

First Hour

Family Worship - 9:45 - 10:15 am

Family Worship is a wonderful time for families to worship together in a service geared toward young children. Parents remain with their children during this time. We meet in the sanctuary for songs and Scripture, and a short preview of the day’s Bible story so parents can hear what their children will learn in their classrooms during the second hour.

Student Bible Study - 9:45 - 10:15 am

The Student Bible study is for all 6th through 12th graders and meets on Sunday mornings at 9:45 in the Student Chapel and is led by our student pastor, Sam Rapp. They are going through the book of Acts this year and always have donuts!

Adult Sunday School - 9:30 - 10:15 am

The adult Sunday School class meets in the Small Group room every Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:15 a.m. This class is open to everyone and focuses on studying books of the Bible. Contact our staff to be added to the email distribution.

Living in the Gospel - 9:30 - 10:15 am

Living in the Gospel is a second adult Sunday school class that meet twice a month and focuses on understanding how the gospel impacts and shapes our lives every day. For questions, please text Davis Lee, the group facilitator, at (770) 367-8539.

Second Hour 10:30 - 11:30 AM

Corporate Worship

Our worship service runs for one hour. We sing several songs, pray, confess, and hear from the Scriptures. We also celebrate communion with singing toward the end of each service.

Children’s Classes

Children 5th grade and below are in classes for an interactive lesson, activities, and free play. The main worship service is typically for grades 6th and up.

After Second Hour

Explore Redeemer

Explore Redeemer is a 15-20 minute gathering immediately following our service on the first Sunday of the month from August through May. Childcare is provided. Here you can learn about the church’s story and values.
